Qualifications

Current Veterinary Technician credential (LVT, RVT, or CVT) per state rules.
Experience with laboratory testing and radiography.
Strong patient handling and client education skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Commitment to continued learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and medical procedures.
Monitor anesthesia throughout surgical procedures.
Prepare patients and equipment for surgery.
Safely and compassionately handle and restrain patients.
Perform venipuncture and collect diagnostic samples.
Run in-house laboratory testing.
Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs.
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed.
Monitor hospitalized patients and provide attentive nursing care.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions.
Prepare examination rooms and treatment areas.
Maintain clean, organized treatment and surgical areas.
Follow hospital protocols for patient safety and quality care.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide an exceptional client experience.

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: 4-day work week, rotating Saturdays, closed Sunday

What You'll Do
