Job summary

Blackstone Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) to join our growing Frisco clinic. This full-time role offers a stable schedule: Monday through Friday with no weekends, and a salary negotiable based on experience and licensure.

You’ll provide nursing care, assist with examinations and surgeries, perform diagnostics, educate clients, and maintain accurate records in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Experience as a Veterinary Technician with licensure (CVT/LVT/RVT).
Strong clinical skills and client communication.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and dental procedures.
Provide nursing care and patient monitoring.
Perform laboratory testing, diagnostics, and procedures.
Educate clients on preventative care, medications, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Collaborate with doctors and teammates to ensure high-quality care.

Role: Veterinary Technician (Experienced, CVT, LVT, or RVT)
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience & licensure
Schedule: No weekends, 4-4.5 days (Monday-Friday). A full shift is from 7:20 am - 6 pm, with a 1.5 hr lunch
