You will plan and deliver hands-on training, lead new hire programs, and collaborate with the Learning & Development group to advance clinical skills and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) – required.
  • Minimum 5 years of ER/ICU experience – required.
  • Proficient in basic to advanced technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience mentoring or training others is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands‑on clinical training for Veterinary Assistants and Technicians using a direct or train‑the‑trainer approach.
  • Lead new hire training, development plans, and ongoing coaching.
  • Plan and present in‑service training sessions with the L&D team support.
  • Oversee technician protocol development, implementation, and sign‑off processes.
  • Track training progress and skill development across all technician levels.
  • Partner with hospital leadership and L&D teams for CE planning and speaker coordination.
