The Outpatient Lead is responsible for the day to day operations of their assigned shifts and team members The ideal candidate for this role is someone with great verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable navigating basic problem solving and conflict resolution Passionate about education and the success of their team members this individual will assist and oversee all training collaborate with managers for progress updates and uphold a positive and encouraging atmosphere for their teammates while maintaining the highest commitment to patient care These responsibilities are in addition to maintaining the roles and duties of a veterinary technician on the clinical floor
This is a full time position Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday 10 hour shifts Weekends and Holidays are required
2600 3500 an hour dependent upon experience and education
