VCA Community Companion Animal Hospital in Temple City, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to Lead our team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $28–$32 per hour.

As a Working Leadership role, you will guide the technical team, coordinate workflow, and maintain exemplary patient care and client service. Join us to advance your leadership in a busy hospital while ensuring safety and quality standards.

VCA Community Companion Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to Lead our team.

Location: 5271 Sereno Dr, Temple City, CA 91780

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Salary: $ 28 - $ 32 / hour

Registered Veterinary Technician Lead Role:

Working Leadership Role:

Actively participate in daily clinical operations while leading, mentoring, and supporting the technical team.

Team Leadership:

Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, foster collaboration, and promote team development and accountability.

Clinical Excellence:

Uphold high standards of patient care, client service, clinical protocols, and patient safety.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with the Medical Director and Hospital Manager to implement hospital protocols, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational goals.

Leadership Experience:

Demonstrated leadership and/or management experience, with strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
