Salary: $ 28 - $ 32 / hour Depending on experience, skill level, and credentials.

Working Leadership Role: Actively participate in daily clinical operations while leading, mentoring, and supporting the technical team.
Team Leadership: Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, foster collaboration, and promote team development and accountability.
Clinical Excellence: Uphold high standards of patient care, client service, clinical protocols, and patient safety.
Operational Support: Collaborate with the Medical Director and Hospital Manager to implement hospital protocols, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational goals.
Demonstrated leadership and/or management experience, with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
