Job summary

Marathon Veterinary Hospital in Marathon, FL is looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician to join Thrive Pet Healthcare. You’ll provide end-to-end care for our patients, from outpatient treatments and laboratory tests to admitting and discharging patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care) preferred but willing to train.
• CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) preferred
• Superior/advanced technical skills
• Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care)
• Possesses a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication and organization skills
