Happy Paws Veterinary Partners in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician for Chandler Small Animal Clinic. This full-time role features a 4x10 schedule and a pay range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, with a focus on high-quality patient care.

You will support veterinarians, assist in surgeries, manage medications and vaccines, and ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining accurate records and utilizing PIMS software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Proficient in venipuncture and surgical prep/monitoring.
• Skilled in dentistry, internal medicine and preventative care.
• Familiarity with PIMS software preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented and team-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgeries, dental procedures, and medical exams.
• Monitor anesthesia and provide surgical prep and recovery care.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments.
• Perform venipuncture and place IV catheters.
• Maintain accurate records and use PIMS software.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.
• Foster a respectful, positive team culture focused on shared success.
