Qualifications

• Experienced Technician with 2 years of in-clinical setting.
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment is a plus.

• Ability to learn proper animal handling, fear-free training, and restraint.
• Ability to learn common treatments and processes normally found in a veterinary hospital setting.
• Excellent communication and ability to gain strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist in surgery.

• Draw blood and run bloodwork; take and position x-rays.
• Explain treatments to clients; ensure proper animal handling.
