Midland Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician to join our busy, collaborative team in Old Poway. Since 1973 we've proudly cared for generations of pets and their families, building lasting relationships throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Strong veterinary experience as a Veterinary Assistant or RVT.
• Confident working in a busy, fast-paced hospital.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with appointments, treatments, and patient care.
• Collect blood samples, place IV catheters, and monitor hospitalized patients.
• Safely restrain patients for exams and procedures.
• Administer medications under DVM or RVT supervision.
• Educate clients and maintain accurate medical records.
• Help keep our hospital running smoothly while delivering exceptional care.
