Qualifications

• One year of recent experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
• Assist with surgeries and procedures in accordance with credentialed technicians and state Act.
• Maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow with the medical team.
• Communicate with clients about pet health concerns and Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional guidance.
• Maintain relevant medical records with practice systems and obtain health history from clients.
• Keep treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs clean, sterile, and organized.
• Mentor and support fellow team members.
