Village Veterinary Medical Center in Farragut, TN seeks a Veterinary Assistant for a full-time position with four 10-hour shifts. The role supports veterinarians and technicians in patient care, diagnostics, and client communication, while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven practice focused on compassionate pet care.
You will participate in exams, labs, vaccines, and minor procedures, with opportunities for growth and on-the-job training as you pursue veterinary certification.

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

The Veterinary Assistant is responsible for a variety of supporting tasks within the veterinary practice.
Assistants should have completed or be in the process of completing their veterinary assistant
certification and must pursue significant on-the-job training as they are utilized to maximize their
capabilities and complement the roles of the Veterinary Technicians.
You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our patients, supporting
both clinical and administrative workflows while contributing to a positive client experience.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay
rate starting at $15 - $22/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide
range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
