Responsibilities
  • Induce, monitor, troubleshoot, and recover anesthetized patients
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and specialty teams on various cases
  • Perform venipuncture, laboratory testing, and patient restraint
  • Assist with positioning and diagnostic radiographs
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to patient care
  • Ensure safe, Fear Free handling of patients
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Schedule
  • Wednesday-Saturday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Some holidays required
Compensation
  • Starting at $26.00/hr with a 15% shift differential

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years veterinary experience, including anesthesia monitoring
  • CVT, LVT, RVT, or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of small animal medicine, pharmacology, diagnostics, and disease processes
  • Proficiency in anesthesia protocols, monitoring, and recovery
  • Calm, focused, and detail-oriented in fast-paced settings
  • Commitment to Fear Free, low-stress handling practices
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
