Garden State Veterinary Specialists (GSVS) – Eatontown, NJ is hiring veterinary technicians across daytime, swing, and overnight shifts. The role includes anesthesia support, IV catheter placement, radiology, and compassionate patient care.

Technicians work with specialists, handling advanced diagnostics and treatments, while pursuing ongoing growth and skill development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• CVT/LVT/RVT preferred or 2+ years of experience.
• Strong anesthesia and lab skills.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with anesthesia, sedation, and procedures.
• Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy.
• Setting up CRIs and performing medical calculations.
• Radiology positioning and safety.
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate care.
• Preparing blood/plasma transfusions.
• Collecting diagnostic samples and maintaining records.
• Client education.
