Job description

VCA Northview Animal Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic veterinary technician to join our General Medicine care team full time.

Responsibilities

• Technician skill utilization
• Ensure patients are provided gold standard medical care
• Anesthesia monitoring and recovery
• Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety is a top priority) and Digital Radiographs
• Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
• Understanding of wellness, preventative care, and common pharmaceuticals
• Providing compassionate care for all patients embracing Fear Free adaptations
• Strong client educator
• Familiar with EMR

Schedule

Full-time Mon‑Saturday. Shift times may vary but typically will be working four 10‑hour shifts. No Sundays.

Compensation

$18‑25 per hour based on experience, skill set, and licensure status.
