Job summary

VCA Baring Boulevard Animal Hospital in Sparks, NV is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with Saturdays required and a compensation range of $25.00–$30.00 per hour based on experience.

You will work alongside doctors and technicians in a collaborative, client-focused practice that values teamwork, continuing education, and high standards of care for companion animals.

Qualifications

• Licensed veterinary technician credentials (CVT/RVT/LVT) required.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Saturdays required.
• Experience in veterinary technician duties and hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support technician and doctor teams by delivering a positive, low-stress atmosphere for clients and patients.
• Deliver outstanding client experience while ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Performs examinations, anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation and assistance, dentistry, radiology, and laboratory work.

VCA Baring Boulevard Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team.

Location: Sparks, NV

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hr based on experience and skill set.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Saturdays required.
