Animal & Bird Clinic of Mission Viejo is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our positive, collaborative team and provide exceptional patient care from check-in to discharge. This hybrid role combines hands-on patient care with meaningful client education and support for families.

• Previous Veterinary Assistant experience required.
• Strong client communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with urgent care cases.
• Assist with surgical and dental procedures.

• Provide patient treatments, nursing care, and hands-on Veterinary Assistant support.
• Prepare exam rooms and help appointments run smoothly from start to finish.
• Partner with veterinarians throughout appointments.
• Assist with patient handling, treatments, diagnostics, and nursing care as needed.
• Review estimates and help clients understand recommendations and next steps.
• Collaborate with an experienced medical team.
• Help create an exceptional client and patient experience from check-in through discharge.
