Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and preparing them for examination or procedures.
• Assist in surgical cases and provide anesthesia/monitoring support as needed.
• Draw blood and run basic bloodwork.
• Position and take quality radiographs with proper animal handling.
• Educate clients on medications, care plans, and post-visit instructions.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients, surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning, experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and motivating team member.Requirements:2 years of experience in the veterinary fieldKnowledge of industry tools and equipment is a plus.
