Job summary

Community College of Baltimore County seeks Veterinary Technology Adjunct Faculty to deliver day, evening, on-site or remote classes. Adjuncts prepare and deliver instruction, coordinate with program staff, and support accreditation.

Minimum requirements include an AAS in Veterinary Technology from an AVMA‑accredited program, Maryland veterinary technician licensure, and three years of teaching or supervisory experience. AAHA standards and clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology required and AVMA-accredited program.
• Must be a credentialed veterinary technician and licensed in Maryland.
• Three years teaching experience in veterinary field or supervisory/training role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning through preparation and delivery of instruction.
• Coordinate activities with Program Director and support staff.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to program accreditation.
