American Veterinary Group (AVG) based in Florida is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for relief and employed DVMs across the state. You will manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, and placement, building strong relationships with candidates and hospital leadership.

The ideal candidate has healthcare or veterinary recruiting experience, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for relief and W2 DVM candidates within the region.
• Build pipelines through targeted outreach and campaigns.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications with hiring managers.
• Maintain pipeline health and market coverage for veterinary openings.
• Collaborate with credentialing, onboarding, and HR for compliance.
• Attend campus events and staff career fairs as needed.
