  • Continuously update surgical reports and maintain a sterile operating room environment
  • Assist with anesthesia procedures and support anesthetists following established protocols
  • Cross-train in anesthesia, radiology, and other departments to provide flexible support
  • Operate the CT machine, assist with imaging, and ensure all surgical equipment, including scopes and instruments, is properly maintained, sterilized, and ready for use
  • Adhere to safety protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and assist in implementing anesthesia and surgical protocols
  • Ensure all patient interactions, treatments, and procedures are accurately documented in compliance with hospital guidelines
  • Participate in on-call shifts to cover emergency surgeries, ensuring flexibility and team support during urgent cases
  • Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments, diagnostic results, and surgical procedures in the hospital's records system, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff, including maintaining infection control practices during surgeries
  • Attend all department and hospital staff meetings
