BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Chicago, Illinois is seeking to add a full-time, board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Surgeon to an established, busy Surgery service located in Northfield, IL.

Our BluePearl Northfield hospital provides advanced, comprehensive, compassionate care. It is one of two BluePearl hospitals in the Chicago metropolitan area offering a collaborative, efficient, and supportive environment, located just 11 miles outside the city. The hospital offers services including 24/7 emergency medicine, critical care, internal medicine, surgery, and oncology, with excellent collaboration opportunities. Diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities include a 64-slice Toshiba CT scanner, Synthes orthopedic equipment, Covidien ForceTriad, Storz minimally invasive system, a new (2024) Siemens Sempra 1.5T MRI, and a full suite of in-house diagnostic equipment.

Compensation ranges from $235,000 to $300,000 per year plus commission, depending on experience.
