Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS, helping guide the team to deliver outstanding client and patient care. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring efficient scheduling, and maintaining high standards of service and medical quality.

You will perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed, while modeling Banfield’s Five Principles to foster a positive, productive hospital culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while supporting the Practice Manager and COS.
• Guide the team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure quality medical care and client service.
