You will oversee Client Service, HR-related tasks, and financial workflows within a fast-paced emergency hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of previous management or leadership experience in a veterinary hospital or similar service-focused environment.
• Experience managing Client Service or other customer-facing teams.
• Experience with accounts receivable, collections, or financial processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and own issues in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with veterinary practice-management software preferred (ezyVet).
