• Must have veterinary hospital or canine/feline handling experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk dogs up to 130 pounds.
• Excellent client communication and medical history taking with EMR skills.

Responsibilities

• Professional client communication and education; obtain medical histories and symptoms; electronic medical record keeping.
• Answer client questions post-visit; ensure understanding of medications and aftercare.
• Provide excellent customer service; ensure pets and clients are comfortable and attended to.
