Job summary

Well Pets Veterinary Clinic and After Hours Urgent Care, located in Irmo, SC, seeks a friendly receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited practice. You will manage calls, appointments, and payments while delivering compassionate customer service to clients and their pets.

• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure pets receive the best care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence and treat each pet as if it were your own.

Your Impact as a Receptionist
