Trusty Vet is seeking a self-motivated, client-service oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team of professionals. Successful candidates will be reliable, honest, and team players eager to learn.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and check-in clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
  2. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  3. Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  4. Process payments.
  5. Assist with daily administrative tasks and office organization.
  6. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent client care.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Proficiency in office software and basic computer applications.
  5. A passion for animals and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
