Memorial Veterinary Pet Care Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time receptionist to join our team! We are a multi-doctor practice that cares for many species, big and small. We foster a family atmosphere and share a passion for helping the pets of Houston.

The CSR/Receptionist role involves being the first point of contact for our clients and patients, maintaining a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, triaging patients' medical needs through scheduling appointments, and relaying information to the doctor. Additional duties include checking patients in and out and handling payments. The CSR team plays a vital role in patient care and delivering excellent customer service. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
