Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
- Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient multi-doctor calendar
- Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
- Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
- Communicate hospital services, policies, and next steps clearly
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handle sensitive or emotional client interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate closely with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support efficient patient flow
- Jump in with additional tasks as needed to help keep the hospital running smoothly

Role: Client Service Representative
Status: Part-time
Salary: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: 1–2 days per week; Fridays required; no nights, weekends, or holidays
