Willowbrook Animal Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. Our Receptionists are the face of our practice, playing a vital role in our community's reputation and supporting our clients and patients through excellent customer service.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Booking appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable reception area

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in veterinary or medical offices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle a busy environment with multiple tasks
• Proficiency in veterinary software (e.g., Avimark, Scratch Pay)

The position requires availability for 1-2 days per week and rotating Saturdays.
