BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring Veterinary Receptionists for daytime shifts in Ft. Myers, Florida.

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts. Weekends required.

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00/hour (dependent on experience and advancement through CareerTrax leveling system).

Our Veterinary Receptionists are crucial to our hospital's success. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing care and attention, and handling emotional situations with compassion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients warmly and professionally.
  • Offering friendly smiles, eye contact, and approachability.
  • Listening compassionately.
  • Communicating clearly in person and on the phone.
  • Assessing clients and pets upon arrival.
  • Determining emergency status.
  • Responding to calls and visitors, connecting them appropriately.
  • Confirming appointments and providing preparation instructions.
  • Offering emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
  • Handling pet remains with compassion and accuracy.
