Cranberry Holistic Pet Care is looking for a client service representative to support our goal of creating healthier lives for our patients and their families. We're looking for someone who's not just friendly and professional, but also outgoing with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls

• scheduling patient appointments

• preparing charts for upcoming appointments

• addressing client concerns via phone, text, and email

• checking clients out after appointments
