Veterinary Receptionist - Cincinnati, OH

Join our professional Veterinary team! We are a fast-paced, full-service Veterinary Hospital specializing in companion animal medicine.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Customer Service, 3 year REQUIRED, Veterinary receptionist, 1 year (Preferred)
  • Job distance: Cincinnati, OH 45238, Between 5 and 10 miles (Preferred)
  • We are looking for well-qualified applicants who can answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, perform filing, greeting/receiving clients, and processing invoices at the end of appointments
  • Our office staff is considered our front line in client communication
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Work Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekdays 11 am or noon to close (9 pm), Occasional AM shift
  • Saturdays 7:30 am to 3 pm
