Who we are

Join our professional Veterinary team! We are a fast-paced, full-service Veterinary Hospital specializing in companion animal medicine.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Customer Service, 3 years REQUIRED; Veterinary receptionist, 1 year (Preferred)
  • Job location: Cincinnati, OH 45238, within 5 to 10 miles (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, perform filing, greet/receive clients, and process invoices at the end of appointments
  • Serve as front line in client communication
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information in our database
  • Engage with clients professionally and actively listen to their concerns
  • Provide support and solutions according to company policies
  • Perform other duties as requested
