Winder Animal Hospital in Winder, GA is seeking a friendly veterinary receptionist to join our team part-time. You will welcome clients and patients, triage inquiries, schedule appointments, check in/out, and process payments with a compassionate, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience, is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can handle the bustle of a busy clinic while maintaining a calm presence.

Qualifications

• Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred.
• Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator.
• Highly organized and possess computer skills.
• Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area.
• Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises; may be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.
• Opportunities for training and development through virtual and hands-on programs.

Winder Animal Hospital is a multi-doctor companion animal and AAHA accredited facility in beautiful Winder, GA. We offer wellness care, urgent care, surgery, high speed dentistry, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, orthopedic surgery, and more.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Additional Information

Pay:Starting at $15 -$18/hr with experience
