Responsibilities

• Greet veterinary clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system.

• Maintain accurate medical records and client information.
• Support communication between clients, technicians, and veterinarians.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Veterinary hospital experience is required. Emergency or specialty veterinary experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available
• Rotating weekends and some holidays required

Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet veterinary clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
