Are you a people-person who loves pets and their humans?

Ramapo Valley Animal Hospital is looking for a customer service-focused receptionist to join our growing team! With two new doctors joining us and plans to expand, this is the perfect time to come aboard.We’re specifically looking for someone who can work Fridays and Saturdays and help create a welcoming, efficient front desk experience for our clients and patients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making someone’s day a little easier—this could be your next home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet clients with a smile and keep things flowing at the front desk
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help solve problems
• Process check-ins, discharges, and payments
• Keep patient records organized and updated
• Handle prescription pickups and retail purchases
• Keep the lobby clean and welcoming
• Occasionally help retrieve food/supplies (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)

• Customer service experience (vet med is a bonus, but not required!)
• A tech-savvy team player who thrives on communication
• Organized, dependable, and upbeat
• Available Fridays and Saturdays
