In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.
Support staff are the heart of Bay Animal Hospital’s day-to-day operations, contributing to everything from smooth client communication to efficient patient care. The team works closely with 9 veterinarians, multiple RVTs, and a strong group of assistants and CCSs who all play a key role in delivering exceptional, compassionate service.
Our hospital is thoughtfully designed with eight exam rooms, a large treatment space, dedicated surgery and dental suites, and advanced tools like digital radiology, ultrasound, and a full IDEXX lab. Everyone on the team stays connected through regular case rounds, open communication, and a shared commitment to patient wellbeing.
