• Process client payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Maintain and update patient medical records and client information.
• Communicate discharge instructions and follow-up care information to pet owners.
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area.

Our Veterinary hospital is looking for a qualified individual to join our fast-paced, multi-doctor practice as a Client Service Specialist. This position is most often the first contact, clients have with our hospital, therefore we are looking for a team member that is friendly, energetic, professional, compassionate and has a positive attitude.
