Job summary

Stone Ridge Veterinary Medical Center & Pet Resort (Conroe) is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and patients in a full-time role in Conroe, TX. You will manage phones, appointments, and payments while delivering compassionate care in a supportive team environment.

You’ll contribute to excellent client communication, maintain accurate records, and help educate clients on wellness services.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and love for animals.
• Excellent communication under pressure and in person.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with ability to work independently.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. Flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities
