  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn veterinary practice-management software.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate appointment instructions, estimates, and follow-up information.
  • Coordinate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other team members.
  • Handle prescription and food requests according to practice protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with client communication by phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide compassionate support to clients during routine visits and difficult situations.
  • Perform other administrative and customer-service duties as needed.

Location: Chesapeake, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Schedule: Full time employment at 30 hours per week or more
Pay: $15-$18/hr based on experience
