CareVet at Brookville's Brookville Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy, two-doctor practice. You’ll welcome clients and their pets, manage phones, appointments, and payments, and keep the reception area welcoming and organized.

The ideal candidate loves people and animals, stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and works well in a team. Veterinary or receptionist experience is preferred but not required—we hire for attitude and train the rest.

Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist

Brookville Animal Hospital (CareVet at Brookville) is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy, two-doctor practice!

We’re looking for someone who loves people, loves pets, and knows how to keep things moving. Our days can get busy (okay… sometimes really busy!), so we need someone who can juggle phones, clients, appointments, questions, and everything in between while still treating everyone with kindness and compassion.

Veterinary or receptionist experience is preferred, but NOT required! We are happy to train the right person. A great attitude, willingness to learn, and love for people and pets go a long way.
