Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, Business Administration, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with significant related experience.
• Current and valid VTNE certification or Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) certification in Nevada.
• Continuing education in veterinary management or leadership is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the veterinary team and ensure program execution.
• Lead event planning, conference coordination, and program management.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management for veterinary staff.
