Job summary

You will drive business results while developing associates and fostering a collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role involves educating clients about preventive care, budgeting for the hospital, and coordinating staffing and education to support the medical team’s focus on quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience.
• Experience hiring and developing associates is expected.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluate hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
