Job summary

CityVet Saratoga Springs is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the full facility, including business and clinical operations. You will ensure top-tier customer experiences while managing staff performance and adherence to CityVet policies.

The PM will hire, onboard, train, and supervise team members, drive staff development, and maintain daily operations quality, client records, and service standards across the clinic. This role supports the CityVet mission of caring for people and their pets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of state and federal safety standards.
• Knowledge of regulations governing veterinary clinics.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable, but not required.
• High school diploma/GED + 3 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise facility staff to ensure alignment with role responsibilities and career paths.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of daily operations, client care, client service and client records.
• Enforce CityVet policies, standards and procedures across the facility.
