Qualifications

• Prior veterinary field experience or training required.
• LVT preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of day-to-day hospital operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for staff questions and routine problems.
• Create a hospital environment that boosts morale and retention.
• Review monthly financials and oversee staff spending.
• Oversee staff performance and salary reviews with input from Hospital Partners.
• Foster a positive work culture with strong employee relations.
• Ensure smooth operational flow and patient care priorities.
• Coordinate efficient exam and surgery flow and hospital operations.
• Monitor OSHA and Safety program continuously.
• Create staffing requisitions, interview, and onboarding.
• Manage all Human Resources needs and daily issues.
