Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead hospital operations and a team of veterinary health care experts. In partnership with the chief of staff, you will drive business results while ensuring clients and patients have a positive experience during visits.

You’ll be supported by field leaders, medical leaders and our corporate headquarters to grow both our hospital and Banfield brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary or service industry) including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluate hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Manage daily operations and scheduling, and coordinate continuing education.
