Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions: recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluations, counseling, terminations.
• Manage performance evaluations with department leads.
• Oversee OSHA compliance and safety programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting with CVP leadership.
• Manage hospital systems, client communications, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate marketing activities and community outreach.
• Supervise all hospital staff and organize meetings.
