The Village Veterinarian, part of Associated Veterinary Partners, seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support a high-performing veterinary team, and partner with Medical Director and Regional Manager. This hands-on role covers front desk to treatment floor and aims to deliver exceptional client service and patient care.

Located in Chelan, WA, this role emphasizes building strong teams, managing financial performance, and aligning with company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of leadership or management experience in a veterinary hospital.
• Veterinary front desk experience including client communication, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and practice management software.
• Veterinary technical experience required; credentialed LVT preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
• Provide hands-on support to front desk and technical teams as needed to maintain patient flow and client service.
• Maintain ownership of financial performance, including P&L, labor management, and cost control.
• Manage inventory and supply ordering to maintain appropriate cost of goods.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll processes to support patient care and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop hospital team members, including coaching and performance management.
• Improve workflows, processes, and client service experience.
• Support implementation of company initiatives, systems, and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team culture focused on accountability and engagement.
