Across a professional network, you’ll support growth and ongoing education for staff. Guided by The Five Principles, you will educate staff on guidelines, budget for the hospital, coordinate schedules and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
